CMI

primedocs is integrated into CMI, a Swiss records management system (GEVER). You create documents straight from a case file. CMI passes on case number, contacts and other details, and the finished document is filed in the case file automatically, without downloading and uploading.

Applies to: CMI Web with the primedocs web integration set up.

Prerequisites: your organisation has set up the CMI integration. Which CMI fields flow into a document has been prepared by the layouter in the template.

Creating a document from CMI

  1. Open the case file in CMI.
  2. Click primedocs in the CMI toolbar. primedocs Web opens in Connect mode (banner at the top), embedded or in a new tab depending on the setup.
  3. Choose a template. Fields passed on by CMI are already filled. Complete the rest.
  4. Create the document. It is filed in CMI in the right place.
